I have done answering our research methodology survey sent
by my other colleagues in class. This week will be the conclusion. Anyway, I realized
that monetary reward or even a good paying job cannot sustain an individual to
stay in a company but more so is the happiness of doing the things we enjoyed
most that’s fulfilling. A realization that we need an organization where we can
grow and share our knowledge and passion with; what else is the essence of taking a
further study if we cannot exercise it well nor have the freedom to do so? Isn’t
it better to look for other company where we can freely grow together, sharing
the same passion and principles?
Nevertheless, we have to be grateful for all the companies
we rendered our services. It’s not a wasted time but indeed a learning curve. Something
that not even school will never teach but a good experience… which I considered as our best teacher ever.=)
