I was inspired by Ptr. Shawn’s maid in cooking one of the
dishes last night. I so love the prawn with tomato paste. And tonight, I tried
to cook something different --- chicken in spaghetti sauce instead of ketchup
or tomato sauce. It’s great to combine it with fried rice or pasta.
It’s very easy to prepare:
2 pcs chicken (leg part)
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup garlic
1/2 cup onion leaves
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup water
4 tablespoon spaghetti sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Sauté the 2 pcs chicken with cooking oil and garlic for 5 minutes; seasoned it with salt and pepper. Add some onion leaves, 1/2 cup of water, 4 tablespoon of spaghetti sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar; let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve while the food is hot. =)
