Day 40

Written by Meg
Conclusion after 40days
It’s a blessing and honor to share with you my memories and exciting adventures of my 40 days spiritual journey. Candidly, it was full of surprises and revelation from God along my way while committing to pray and fast as the year begins. During those times I was able to discern, discover and know deeper the messages from God that his people should know for the “Second Coming’ written by different apostles in the Bible. It is during these days also, I keep re-reading again the Bible as the foundation of my true faith and belief wanting to understand and listen clearly to God’s voice and calling.

In early last year, I inquisitively got an interest to determine what it means to know God in a more profound way, the Heavenly Father, the Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. According to the Bible, there will be false Christ, false prophets and false teachers. Really? And then later on finding out there were also false doctrines that blind people want to share. If these kind of people believe in the Bible, how come that the corner stone of their faith is totally a ‘different gospel’? Reviewing the content of their books and their published articles, many were absolutely quite contradicting from the Bible content. It’s so absurd to claim that Jesus Christ has wives and children? How come that spiritual leaders (so-called prophets) exercising polygamy but contradicts to the New Testament about marriage? Was the Bible amended? And then later on these spiritual leaders split-up into two divisions, one is pro-plural marriage others not? If prophets are God-inspired people, how come there were two contradicting rules to follow? Are these prophets leading the people to heaven or hell? If they were true prophets, how come none of their prophecies (e.g. second coming of Christ for 1891) come to pass?

I certainly believe that if being the founder of the true churches of Christ, the integrity of the leader matters most. It was an arrogant for someone so to speak called as prophet and say "I have more to boast of than any man had. I am the only man that has been able to keep a whole church together since the days of Adam. A large majority of the whole have stood by me. Neither Paul, John, Peter nor Jesus ever did it. I boast that no man ever did such a work as I. ..” (History of the Church", Vol. 6, pp. 408-409. 1884). Secondly, if the church encourages transparency, freedom and openness, how come that some ceremonial rites were not exposed to public? An example is the exercising ceremonial rites of the dead, did they know that in 2 Kings 21:6 He…practiced divination, sought omens, and consulted mediums and (dead) spiritists. He did much evil in the eyes of the LORD, arousing his anger. Thirdly, a leader involving in a freemason which holds and conceals elaborate secret ceremonies destroy the essence of transparency conveying more questions to ask than openness to truth that contradicts to Acts 28:31 …preaching the kingdom of God and teaching concerning the Lord Jesus Christ with all openness, unhindered.

On the other hand, as an architect, I previously discussed here in my blog about the relevance of Philosophy and Psychology in a certain space. Similarly, any design intent reflects on the moldings, decorations, details, cornices, edgings and beadings inspire what motif the building has to imply. It simply means that a certain molding reflects whether it has an Egyptian, French, Victorian, and Renaissance Architecture styles to signify and symbolize. Relatively, I discovered that some existing temples have something in common with occultism (cult, freemason) designs and motifs implying similarly the signs and symbols of devil and Satan. People of the church if not keen observant will not be aware that they are dwelling in the temple of Satan. Signs and Symbols are obviously put as not only design intent in the building temples but more importantly there are reasons lying beneath those decorative details and grand masterpiece if not recognized and understand.

The discernment of knowing nothing into acquiring something is truly worth having. Gathering facts with the ease of common sense blending with reality will open someone’s eye to know the real truth. We cannot serve two masters at a time. If believing that Jesus Christ is this and the other Jesus Christ is this, then there might be something wrong in between, isn’t it? Like believing the true teaching of the Bible while following the ‘other gospel’ which are both contradicting with each other is truly both absurd and unacceptable. It sounds ridiculous to me that many claim to be Christians were endorsing another gospel without examining its content, the authenticity of the writer and the credibility of the founder as a true prophet of God? Being a teacher of the kid’s ministry, I am happy to share the true Christ in the Bible not a false Christ of other gospel. At the end of my life, I am surely accountable on the true Christ I able to share with people. If people are sharing the false Christ, they are more accountable to God. They are considered to be false teachers teaching a false doctrine as referred by Peter in 2 Peter 2:1.

Truth, integrity, openness, transparency are just among the values I acquired most from what I have learned in life. I won’t hesitate to speak up the truth if I know myself I’m doing and knowing the right thing. I am just a little David boldly not afraid of any Goliath along my way because I only believe in God. I fear God. I respect God. I know that there is both heaven (John 3:13) and hell (2 Peter 2:4; Revelation 20:13-14). These have been elaborated clearly in New Testament which most people don’t know much; written by apostles and Disciples of Christ (who were able to witness the true son of God). Having a time to read the New Testament will make people appreciate more the need to depend on God for salvation. Do not believe on what the false prophet (who claimed to be one of the judges) whether someone will be going to heaven. That’s not true. People should work on their salvation as encouraged in Philippians 2:12. Do not fear them because those who are false prophets and false teachers (2 Peter 2:1) will be tormented day and night forever. (Revelation 20:1 - And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.)

Only in reading that we keep on growing in knowledge of a true Jesus Christ. Truth is truth and it cannot be twisted, distorted, manipulated and fabricated by only one person called prophet. Our head is located higher than our heart, it clearly means that above all we must think clearly to know, discern and prove what is good, acceptable and perfect will of God (Romans 12:2). In James 1:25-26 it clearly suggests, ‘But one who looks intently at the perfect law, the law of liberty, and abides by it, not having become a forgetful hearer but an effectual doer, this man will be blessed in what he does.  If anyone thinks himself to be religious, and yet does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this man's religion is worthless. It is encourage to guard your heart above all else for it determines the course of your life (Proverbs 4:23), because the heart is deceitful above all things (Jeremiah 17:9). What good is it for a man to be rich, famous, gorgeous, brainy if at the end of his life he will be thrown into the lake of fire? Will your wealth, intelligence, beauty, fame save you from the pit of hell? Neither your career, family, achievement, trophies nor good works can save you from the wrath of God.  "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter” (Matthew 7:21).
Exist to support the true gospel of God which is the Bible not the false doctrine or other gospel (Galatians 1:8). I did appreciate all the translators who came to share their wisdom to translate the Word of God in a clearer, better and more understandable way to comprehend and grasp the message of God. Sad to say, not all missionaries (teachers) was able to read and understand the Bible from cover to cover (From Old Testament to New Testament), because if they do, they will not lure themselves to spread the false doctrine from a false prophet which they blinded with and truly believe in. More so, this made themselves more accountable to God while persuading others and themselves to be condemned to hell (Revelation 20:10-14).

With credible apostles and disciples like Paul and John, they warned people from the beginning (in New Testament). I appreciate their vision to save many souls. They anticipate the possibility of arising false Christ and false prophets which apparently visible now a days (Matthew 7:16). Followers of this cults (false Christ) can either have a little or no knowledge at all on the Bible for the reason that false doctrine and other gospel have been embedded to their system by spiritual leaders or false prophets for them to make believe.
Open mind and heart are needed in order to accept such changes. As I learned, there were two types of person: Type A and C. Realizing such change to adapt and adopt, it takes time and patience to accept reality, truth and common sense. Whether it’s an instant or gradual, change is still possible with open mind and heart. If the heart and mind are open, change is easily takes place. Patience on the other hand means the initiative on an individual to study, search and seek for truth. If people resist to change primarily because of total blindness, contentment on comfort zone, social disapproval or disgraceful mistakes. But take hold as prophet Isiah wrote in Isaiah 1:18, "Come now, let us settle the matter," says the LORD. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool’. And let him return to the LORD, And He will have compassion on him, And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon (Isaiah 55:7) and remember your sins no more (Isaiah 43:25).
Mind to answer these questions as I close this 40-day journey, would you eagerly seek to know your true and absolute biological father if you found out that your father is not the real one? Will you be excited that your biological father can promise you to have a special place in his home (as good as heaven) if you accept him as your real father? Will you take the time to read his Final Will and Testament if you know that your real father has a series of letters (The Bible) for you to read in order for you to inherit what he has been promised? Indeed, if there’s a biological father as a real father, there is also one and only true Jesus Christ who was born in Bethlehem; who died on the cross for the salvation of men so that for those who believe in him shall not be perished but have an eternal life (John 3:16).  =)
