Testing 2 prophets

If Prophet A prophesied that a Messiah shall be born of Mary at Jerusalem
while
Prophet Micah predicted the coming of the Messiah will be born in Bethlehem

 

isn't it true that Micah's prophesy fulfilled the test of a prophet,

then Micah passed the test

because it did happen and declared in New Testament ...
