Missions Updates: Laos & Mongolia

February 2013 Dear Partner, Two months into 2013, our Asia missionaries are working hard to bring the gospel to the citizens of the nations to which they are committed. It is our pleasure to keep you updated with special news and insights into what our missionaries are doing in the mission field. This month, we shine the spotlight on our missionaries from Laos. Ninety-two percent of this Southeast Asian nation’s locals have not been reached by the gospel. Since it is a creative access nation, our missionaries have exercised extra care for our activities to continue in spite of restrictions. This is also the reason why this newsletter’s update does not provide very specific details. As you know, our missionaries have counted the cost for the sake of the gospel. We are thankful for your partnership, which helps us answer God’s call to plant churches in every nation. May the Lord continue to prosper you abundantly as you help advance His kingdom in the nations! Michael Paderes Executive Director Every Nation World Missions How a Restaurant Became an Avenue to Reach a Nation In the past few decades, Laos has been one of the difficult nations to reach for the gospel, but this has not deterred our missionaries from heading out in faith into this rich mission field. Thanks to God-given inspiration and creativity, our team has implemented a unique strategy that has since gone on to become one of Every Nation Asia’s favorite success stories in reaching out to locals.  Victory Nepal: Changing the Landscape of South Asia Nepal, a third-world nation located between Tibet and India, is home to an estimated 30 million people, 93% of whom remain unreached by the gospel. Victory Nepal is passionately connecting with these people, one Nepali at a time. PRAYER POINTS As 2013 unfolds, the church is believing for more breakthroughs! Let us stand in prayer with Victory Nepal as God continues to use them to change the landscape of South Asia!   Believe God for the Nepali people to know Jesus as their personal Savior.   Intercede for spiritual and numerical growth for Victory Nepal.   Ask God for healthier personal and working relationships as well as unity of the overseeing and ministry teams.   Pray for political stability and economic development for the nation.
